We may collect the following categories of personal data when you use riskpe.com or engage our services: your name, mobile number, and email address, details you provide regarding your existing insurance policies and claims, including policy numbers and claim history where relevant to a review, business or employment details where you engage us for corporate or employee benefits services, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
3. How We Collect Data
We collect data directly from you when you fill out a form on our website, book a consultation, submit documents for a policy or claim review, or communicate with us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. We also collect limited technical data automatically through Google Analytics and similar tools when you browse our website.
4. Why We Collect and Use Your Data
We use your personal data to provide the services you request, including policy health checks, claim recovery consultancy, and insurance advisory, to communicate with you regarding your request, including follow up calls or messages, to process payments, through Razorpay, for services you purchase, to improve our website and services through aggregated, anonymized usage analysis, and to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, provided when you submit information to us or engage our services, and, where applicable, on the basis of legitimate use necessary to provide the services you have specifically requested.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with empanelled insurance advisors and insurers, solely for the purpose of facilitating a policy purchase or claim you have specifically requested our assistance with, Razorpay, for payment processing purposes only, and Razorpay does not receive your policy or claim details from us, and regulatory authorities, including IRDAI or the Insurance Ombudsman, where required in connection with a claim you have asked us to pursue, or where legally mandated. We do not share your data with any third party for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, which helps us improve our content and services. This may involve cookies that collect non identifying technical information such as pages visited and time spent on the site.
